Can I collect data outside of the US?
Yes. You can collect data from virtually anywhere in the world.


Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. Simply log in, go to billing and cancel. Whether you signed up for a month or a year, you won’t be charged for the next billing period. You will still have access to your subscription until it expires, and you can download your data up to 2 weeks after expiration.


How long can I archive my data and screenshots?
We store your data and screenshots as long as you’re a client. If you cancel you can take your data and screenshots with you. You can download your data up to 2 weeks after subscription expiration.

Can I move up and down pricing tiers?
Yep, it’s as easy as logging in to your portal and choosing your desired tier level.


Can I customize the dealer portal?
Of course. Just log in and add your logo, choose your colors, and make it yours.


Is the trial actually free?
It is 100% free.


Can I change payment periods from monthly to annual, or annual to monthly?
Yes, the change takes effect on your next bill after your current paid-for period is completed. If you are still in your free trial, your first bill will be the plan selected on the day of payment.
